Holotropic Breathwork™
The most powerful therapeutic technique in Transpersonal Psychology.
Developed by the Czech psychiatrist Stanislav Grof, author of hundreds of articles and more than a dozen books, is practiced in more than a dozen countries.
Practiced in small groups using mattresses, deep and fast breathing and instrumental songs evocative of various emotional processes, it is a valuable tool of self-exploration through extra-ordinary states of consciousness.
